FutureBank Singapore Innovation Tour 2015
This year, we bring the FutureBank Tour to Asia Pacific’s most innovative city – Singapore. Our participants toured the following organisations, all chosen based on their groundbreaking and world-class service delivery designs:
- OCBC Orchard gateway branch, with briefing by the VP for Customer Experience, Jin Zwicky
- DBS MBFC branch, with briefing led by the Head of DBS Franchise, Linda Lee
- Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR)
- Employment Pass Services Centre (EPSC)
